Welcome to Identra. By accessing or using our cloud-based ID generation platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptable Use Policy

Identra provides tools to design and print ID cards for schools, corporate offices, and legitimate organizations. You explicitly agree NOT to use our platform for:

• ✖ Creating fake, forged, or fraudulent government-issued IDs (e.g., Driver's Licenses, Passports, National IDs).
• ✖ Impersonating any person, entity, or organization you are not authorized to represent.
• ✖ Uploading offensive, illegal, or highly sensitive confidential data not relevant to standard ID cards.

Violation of this policy will result in immediate permanent account termination without a refund.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You confirm that you have the legal right and consent to process the personal data (names, photos) of the individuals whose ID cards you are generating on our platform.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Our services are billed on a subscription basis. Payments are handled securely through our authorized Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.

4. Intellectual Property

The Identra software, including its Theme Studio, rendering engine, and original templates, are the intellectual property of Identra Systems. You retain full ownership of the logos, photos, and specific organizational data you upload.
